Approach
The viewers of the Eredivisie want to see the most important moments of the match in replay as soon as it has happened, and then again in the highlights or quickly edited to music. We have the important job to determine what these moments are. We have been training EVS operators, EVS producers, highlights producers and broadcast editors for years to be able to do so. Important criteria for this are: extremely good knowledge of football, a good sense of image selection and good communication skills. To be able to cope with growth and increasing demand we developed and effective recruitment process and substantive technical and editorial training for both replays and editing. The extensive training is built on a copy of real life situations in which a quick view of cameras, time pressure and creating effective storylines are central.
Results
Our EVS producers, EVS operators, highlights producers and broadcast editors provide the most beautiful slomos, highlights and rollouts. We do this in close collaboration with Endemol and other involved parties. Thanks to our constant training we are able to deliver dedicated crew and are prepared for intense matchdays when all matches are played at the same time! An important and awesome task that we are proud of!
